logos 09People's Postcode Lottery launched as a pilot in the North of England in 2005. It then launched in Scotland in 2008, before rolling out across Great Britain in 2010. Players of People’s Postcode Lottery support a variety of local, national and international charities and good causes. Since 2005 players have raised over £486 million for 6,500 charities and good causes.

A minimum of 32% from each subscription goes to charities and good causes.

Postcode Lottery format

The postcode is the basis of the lottery number. Players sign up and pay £10 for 20 draws, paid monthly in advance.

With 20 draws each month there are prizes to be won every single day of the week with People’s Postcode Lottery. As well as two Street Prizes each week, players also have the chance to win a share of £3 million each month in Postcode Millions.

Each subscription costs £10, paid monthly in advance and there are guaranteed winners every single day. Thousands of people celebrate a win every week.
